Persatuan Bola Sepak Sarawak Haram???

KUCHING: Persatuan Bola Sepak Sarawak (FAS) adalah persatuan haram berdasarkan peraturan dan perlembagaan penubuhan persatuan.

FAS telah mengadakan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan (AGM) di Hotel Dormani Kuching pada 21 Ogos 2010 untuk pemilihan pucuk pimpinan (presiden) dan ahli-ahli majlis tertinggi persatuan itu.

Walaupun dilihat mesyuarat agung itu berjalan dengan lancar, tetapi ada kecacatannya kerana Persatuan Bolasepak Bahagian Kuching yang belum disahkan pendaftarannya menghadiri mesyuarat itu.

Pemilihan itu menyaksikan jawatan presiden dimenangi oleh Datu Sudarsono Osman yang menewaskan Naib Presiden FAS Dr. Paruwadi Haji Musa dengan kelebihan enam undi.

Datu Sudarsono merupakan Pengerusi Kumpulan Pengurusan Bola Sepak Sarawak (FMG) Sdn Bhd (sebuah syarikat berkaitan kerajaan – GLC) ditubuhkan di bawah Kementerian Pembangunan Sosial dan Urbanisasi (KPSU) Negeri Sarawak.

Samarahan FA serious about developing football

KUCHING: The Samarahan Football Association (SFA) showed they were serious about developing football in the Division when they introduced the Samarahan League and the Samarahan Cup at the beginning of the year.

SFA new president Haidel Heli who said this, pointed out that these local leagues were organised to help produce talented players for the state and the country.

FA of Sarawak to adopt new structure

KUCHING: The upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) will see a new structure adopted by the association which is in line with the requirement of world football governing body FIFA.

This will augment professionalism in FAS and a beacon of hope for football in the state.

“The current structure is for all FAS affiliates to automatically become council members, whereas the new structure will see membership to the council by voting process.
